Although we found the cleanliness of the presidential suite to be lacking, with some dust here and there, overall, it was still a great room. However, we do wish that they would clean every corner more frequently, especially in the rarely used presidential suite.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The apartment-like layout was perfect for my family, offering plenty of space for everyone. With two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a comfortable lounge, we felt right at home. The location of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. It was conveniently situated near the city center, just a short walk away from attractions like the Bell Tower, the Muslim Quarter, and various shops and malls. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided valuable information, despite the language barrier.

During our recent stay at Skytel, we were impressed by the exceptional location. Being situated right in the downtown center, we were just a stone's throw away from the City walls and a quick 5-minute walk to the metro station. The convenience was unparalleled. Additionally, all the receptionists we encountered were friendly and fluent in English, making our communication hassle-free. We opted for the Fashionable room, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed - comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean. It surpassed our expectations, especially considering the affordable price. we highly recommend Skytel for a delightful and inexpensive stay.

We loved staying in this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the city walls, the center of the city, and even the famous Muslim street. It was super easy to find transportation and there were plenty of parking options as well. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

The hotel’s location is ideal for city breaks with many attractions within walking distance. The room I stayed in offered a great view and was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in arranging tours and even provided transfer assistance.

The facilities were not as advertised. The room did not have a bathtub or mini-bar, and the internet was unreliable at times.

The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to most of the popular attractions in the city. It's within walking distance of the Muslim quarter, the bell and drum towers. It's also conveniently located between two metro stations, giving easy access to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Line 3. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with great facilities like aircon, fridge, and a kettle. The staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged our airport transfers promptly.

The breakfast was average with limited options for westerners.

The location of the hotel is great, it is near the Bell tower and Southern entry to the City Walls which is perfect for sightseeing. It is also quite close to the Muslim quarter and there are bars nearby. The hotel had flyers with Chinese/English names and directions to attractions which was helpful. the hotel was clean and provided extra blankets and pillows without any issues.

The room size was a bit small and the glass wall between the room and shower was uncomfortable for sharing with a friend. There was a smell in the suite possibly due to lack of bathroom ventilation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Xi'an, and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Zhonglou metro station, Muslim street, and the bell and drum tower. It was also along the main road, making it easy to find. The room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures - comfortable, modern, and clean. The shower was great, and there were even some small goodies provided for personal use. The area surrounding the hotel was amazing, with fantastic shops and places to eat. We even had the opportunity to explore the history of the city wall, which we walked around. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast had a good mix of Chinese and western options. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

skytel xi'an exceeded my expectations during valentine's day weekend in xi'an. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights. the staff were helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

Great location near the Bell tower and City Walls, with easy access to the metro and attractions. Helpful reception staff with useful flyers. Budget room had acceptable furnishings. Smooth check-in process and central location with shops and the bell tower within walking distance.
